Castel Club

Castel is not just a club, but a place where people like to meet up for dinner and share a special moment. The restaurant on the first floor, for example, has the inimitable style of the Beaumarly label, with the presence of Chef Thierry Burlot, one of the group’s stars and an advisor on the menu of all Beaumarly establishments. Chef Burlot injects his dose of madness into a seductive and international menu. At Castel, we dance, but we don’t forget to sit down to eat too!

Café Beaubourg

With attentive service, the atmosphere at Café Français is lively and it is not uncommon for the venue to invite music groups to add to the atmosphere.

Germain

A trendy address with a vintage decor, Germain is located in the sought-after district of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, on the Left Bank. The place mixes genres, eras and colors with an interior design orchestrated by India Mahdavi while in the restaurant room, the giant statue of Xavier Veilhan illuminates the space and crosses the ceiling to reappear on the floor.

On the menu, Le Germain offers fresh, home-cooked products as well as a small selection of delicatessen items to accompany aperitifs and pretty gourmet dishes perfect for brunches! A great atmosphere to enjoy at Le Germain, with friends or family.

Club Paradisio

Beaumarly loves the cinema! In the maze of the Germain, Thierry Costes and his friend Nathanaël Karmitz (MK2) have imagined a sort of dream cinema of the seventies with leather and colors. Designed and conceived by India Mahdavi, it is a small paradise with reminiscences of Douanier Rousseau. And then the private cinema turns into a night bar / small club every weekend: the Germain Paradisio is the promise of an exceptional evening between a happy few…

Les Jardins du Presbourg

Designed as an indoor garden by designer Martin Brudnizki, Les Jardins du Presbourg is alive from sunrise to sunset. The food served is fair and refined, the service is meticulous, and as the day goes on, the pastel and golden notes of the setting fade giving way to a more animated atmosphere in the evening.

Located at the foot of the Arc de Triomphe, Les Jardins du Presbourg invite you to a sweet dreamlike interlude. Les Jardins du Presbourg offers live music, guitar and voice : It is not rare that an artist wanders and sings between the tables, or that a DJ plays a positive music with dominant disco to make turn the head and the dresses of these ladies…

Matignon Restaurant

At the traffic circle of the Champs-Élysées, the elegance of the Golden Triangle is found between art galleries and luxury boutiques. Next door, the Matignon comes alive day and night for breakfast on the terrace, brunch on the veranda or a cocktail at the club bar. At dinner time, the venue highlights its muffled spaces, reflecting refinement and sensual modernity, while DJ’s give rhythm to the evenings with their remixes.

The cuisine is French with some international classics and signature dishes such as the King Crab salad, calamari like spaghetti or the Matignon French toast. Around 11pm, the club and the bar open their doors: temple of the Parisian night par excellence, the decor is imagined by Charles Tassin.

The architect pays homage to the safari club of yesteryear by mixing 70’s fabrics, leopard print carpeting and impressionist paintings. With its meaning of the party, the Matignon makes the capital dance every night.

Brasserie Thoumieux

This former Chartier bouillon, bought in 1923 by Martial Thoumieux, is one of the most famous addresses on the Left Bank. Today, if certain traditional codes of the brasserie have been preserved thanks to the stylist Gérard Cholot with the red velvet benches, Lalique moldings, green lamps, hats with brass bars, the decor has also been revitalized by a resolutely contemporary touch driven by the intervention of graphic designers M/M.

This perfect blend of tradition and modernity is of course also found in the kitchen, with a very mastered French signature. On the menu, the typical dishes of the brasserie are brilliantly revisited for a copious, impeccable and delicious cuisine.

The music at Thoumieux celebrates the voices of the show. From Aretha Franklin, Billy Paul, Nina Simone. At the end of the week, starting at 9:30 pm, a musician will be playing piano voices in the brasserie until 2 am.
