14 Juillet Prestige Menu: This top-of-the-range menu begins with a glass of Veuve Clicquot champagne and an mise en bouche, followed by a choice of starters such as foie gras with fig chutney, smoked salmon with dill cream and blinis, or tuna tartare with fresh mango. For the main course, you can opt for a filet château with béarnaise or pepper sauce, the famous Georges silver cod, or rigatoni with summer truffles. The meal ends on a high note with a choice of dessert from cheesecake and red fruit coulis, crunchy vanilla seed mille-feuille, or a plate of red fruit. Menu 14 Juillet Georges: This menu also includes a glass of Veuve Clicquot champagne and a starter. Starters include burrata with aubergine confit, baby spinach salad with truffle vinaigrette and parmesan shavings, or tuna tartare with fresh mango. Main courses include a choice of tiger cakes, Grenoble-style sea bass with salicornia shoots, or rigatoni with summer truffles. For dessert, finish on a sweet note with the moelleux cacao (gluten-free), or the strawberry rhubarb and almond tuile.

As Sunday 14 July is Bastille Day, Le Georges is offering an early start to the festivities with an exceptional carte blanche evening on the previous evening, Saturday 13 July. Nestling on the rooftop of the Centre Pompidou, the restaurant offers a spectacular 180° view of Paris, including the majestic Eiffel Tower.

A festive evening with Maesic, Fabrice Dayan and Kabola

For this unique evening, Le Georges welcomes DJs Maesic, Fabrice Dayan and Kabola for an exclusive set. The evening kicks off at 8pm with dinner, continuing until 11pm. The party then goes into full swing from midnight to 4am, transforming the rooftop into a disco dance floor under the Parisian stars.
