For the main course, you can opt for a filet château with béarnaise or pepper sauce, the famous Georges silver cod, or rigatoni with summer truffles. The meal ends on a high note with a choice of dessert from cheesecake and red fruit coulis, crunchy vanilla seed mille-feuille, or a plate of red fruit. Menu 14 Juillet Georges: This menu also includes a glass of Veuve Clicquot champagne and a starter. Starters include burrata with aubergine confit, baby spinach salad with truffle vinaigrette and parmesan shavings, or tuna tartare with fresh mango. Main courses include a choice of tiger cakes, Grenoble-style sea bass with salicornia shoots, or rigatoni with summer truffles. For this unique evening, Le Georges welcomes DJs Maesic, Fabrice Dayan and Kabola for an exclusive set. The evening kicks off at 8pm with dinner, continuing until 11pm.
